• Added the ability to parse EE {site} and {path=} urls for the default parameter.

• Bug fix - Check to make sure the 'stream_context_set_default' function exists before attempting to retrieve the remote URL's headers via get_headers.

• Changed the method of checking whether or not the Gravatar image exists using the get_headers method. It should be a bit more accurate now.
