Added: Shortcut "Setters" and "Getters"
Added: The block, is_empty, not_empty, and is_set tags.
Added: The trim= parameter was added to the parse, and get tags.
Added: The default= parameter was added for tags that do getting and setting (get, set, set_content, parse, etc).
Changed: The parse order for the parse tag now defaults to '' (it used to default to 'vars'), so be sure to specify the order= if using that tag.
Added: NSM Addon Updater compatibility.
